How do I find the right products?
Each of our categories has a wide range of latest products for your home and garden. If you ever get stuck or need extra help, feel free to reach out on the support chat or get in touch via us today.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once an order has been placed you will receive a notification email with all the product details in.
Then once the order has been dispatched you will receive a further email with the relevant tracking details so that you can check when your goods will arrive to you.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
At Home Symphony we only ship to the UK mainland. Some exclusions may apply for remote locations.
When will my order be shipped?
Goods are shipping one to two working days after an order has been placed.
The delivery time is between 3-5 working days from when an order is first placed to when you will receive your goods.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy on goods and for any issues on damaged goods you can request a return on items.
