Is the shipping free?
Yes delivery is free on Home Symphony orders to the UK.

When will I receive my item?
Orders are sent to dispatch within 1 - 2 working days, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Transit time for orders is between 2 – 3 working days.
The cut-off time for placing an order is 3pm Monday-Friday.

Can I change or return my item?
You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
